Private Health Funded

While you are responsible for the accommodation charges etc, it is our usual procedure to claim reimbursement on your behalf through your Health Insurance Fund. We make every effort to limit your out of pocket expenses. Fund benefits, however, vary widely between funds and also between tables. Other factors may include your length of membership and your claim history. On admission you will be given an information sheet that is specific to your Health Fund.The services of our Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Dietician are included in your accommodation costs.

Workers Compensation or Third Party

If you are participating in a Workers Compensation or a Third Party scheme whose claim has been accepted by an insurance company, we require full details of the insurance claim and approval number on arrival. You will be liable for telephone charges, and personal expense items.

Self-Funded

Prior to admission you would have been given an estimate of the expected cost of your hospital account. You will be asked to pay a deposit amount of approximately 2 weeks. Please arrange for this amount to be paid on admission by cash, cheque or credit card (Visa, Bankcard or MasterCard). On discharge, your hospital account will be adjusted and recalculated, less the amount already paid, so that you will be able to settle your account prior to leaving.
