What to Bring to Hospital
Patients are required to bring the following:
- Comfortable loose fitting day clothing.
- Safe footwear eg flat shoes with rubber soles.
- Appropriate swimwear for hydrotherapy.
- Personal items ie shampoo, soap and toothpaste.
- All your medications and prescriptions.
- Electric razor, if patients are unable to shave themselves.
- Medicare card.
- Private Health Insurance cards / details.
- Other Concession Cards if applicable.
